The location here is excellent, very close to Raven Nightclub, various restaurants, and the city.

I cannot call 2 boxes with muffins and a coffe machine a breakfast. As for the rest - everything was ok, espeacially taking into account the price of the room.

The bedspread and desk chair need an extensive cleaning. The stains were obvious and scared me. The electrical outlet near the windows needs an outlet cover--it is unsafe.

We loved the rooms with 2 double beds and found everything to be quite clean, the location was fantastic, close to the Promenade and many restaurants.

The floor in our room was amazingly creaky. I felt sorry for the folks below us. The closet was very small with only 4 hangers and there is only one drawer. There is only one ice machine on the main floor.

The website did not accurately represent the hotel. I was very disappointed with the experience. I would not stay there again nor encourage anyone to. It has made me wonder if your website can be reliable.

Reasonable accommodation in the middle of soma. A number of bars and funky cages around the area, with a strong gay presence.

There is no area to store your bags once you have checked out. It's a little distance from public transport which means walking past some streets with a high number of homeless people.

The location was perfect for us - easy walking distance to all of the things we wanted to do.

Only real complaint was that the bedding and towels leave a lot to be desired. The towels are small, very thin and somewhat threadbare. The sheets, while probably a cotton blend, were rough, and the bottom sheet kept coming undone during the night. The rest of the bedding is all synthetic, and just felt gross. The pillows were also synthetic foam, very thin, and no extra pillows were stocked in the room. Maybe better pillows were available on request, but we never called to ask. When it came to bedding and towels, we got what we paid for.
